Scarlett Johansson trains hard to wear Black Widow’s tights

The beauty practices from three to six weeks and maintains a strict diet to play the sexy spy of Marvel.

When Avengers: Endgame was released, Scarlett Johansson’s name was warmed up as Black Widow. She is one of the longest-running actors in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, since Iron Man 2 (2010). On the Hollywood Reporter , the beauty told the exercise regime to become a hot female spy, often appearing in tight costumes.

Scarlett had never worked out in the gym before filming Black Widow. When preparing to film Iron Man 2 , she worked with expert Eric Johnson – who coached Ryan Gosling and Sebastian Stan. Actors care more about mobility and fit than weight.

Scarlett’s training is usually three to six weeks, divided into three phases. At first, she did movement exercises to get the mind-body connection. Phase two is aimed at building strength, mainly with weights. Eric said he wanted Scarlett to have the same health as her character. “Black Widow can lift 226 kg. We tried to recreate that character image with a normal person.” Scarlett Johansson – 1.6m tall – can now lift 111kg and do push-ups with 20kg weights on her back.

In the last leg, Scarlett practiced to have a toned body when on screen. The beauty does not like traditional cardio (exercise that increases the heart rate). She runs at speed, exercises with ropes and kettlebells. Scarlett chose these songs because of her beautiful and elegant posture when practicing. “A lot of people wince when they practice, but she doesn’t have that face, unless it’s a new challenge or a difficult exercise,” says coach Johnson. Some of the other subjects included in the program are gymnastics, yoga and pilates (a series of body exercises).

With Avengers: Endgame , Scarlett said age and family difficulties. The beauty was 34 years old when she was preparing to film a blockbuster, while taking care of her 5-year-old daughter. “It’s hard to balance motherhood, exercise, and work,” she says. She exercises four or five days a week, from 45 minutes to an hour each, starting at six in the morning, before her daughter wakes up.

Scarlett Johansson also adheres to a strict diet to stay fit and maintain energy. If her last meal of the day is at nine o’clock in the evening, she will not eat it again until nine the next morning. Before the training session, she eats eggs, green vegetables and maybe some other substances.

For a few days before filming, she reduced her carbohydrate intake for a more beautiful curve. On low-carbohydrate (low-carb) days, the beauty accurately loaded 115 grams of protein, 75 grams of carbohydrates and 50 grams of fat. On other days, this is 105 grams of protein, 125 grams of carbohydrates, and 35 grams of fat.

Looking back on her training, Scarlett Johansson is pleased with her progress: “I’m stronger and more able to function than I was 10 years ago. That’s amazing. Health is one of the best things when it comes to fitness. work for Marvel”. In the near future, the female star will transform into Black Widow in the work about the character’s past.
