She is one of Britain’s fastest rising stars, with a number of accolades already under her belt.
And Dua Lipa also proved she was a force to be reckoned with in the style department as well, as she stepped out in New York on Thursday.
Going braless, the hitmaker, 22, showed off her endless legs in a daringly short black bow-tie shirt which she teamed with a logo-clad sweater.
Dua commanded attention as she stepped out in the Big Apple in the style, yet short, number.
The singer completed the look with a black top which had the word Heroes sprawles across in a large white font.
Despite already being a statuesque beauty, Dua boosted her height in a pair of flatform heels.
Her shoulder length brunette locks were styled in an effortless manner and she shielded herself from the sunny rays with a pair of cool shades.
Dua’s happy sighting comes after she slammed United Airlines over the way her sister Rina’s peanut allergy was handled.
The London-born singer tweeted: ‘I can’t believe i’m on a @united flight rn and I told the steward that my sister was severely allergic to nuts and his reply was ‘we’re not a nut free airline so if she has an epi pen she might have to use that as we can’t not serve other pᴀssengers in your section nuts’.’
‘Is it just me or is that kinda mental???’ she added in a follow-up tweet.
United Airlines immediately reached out to Dua via Twitter encouraging her to make contact with them directly.
‘We want to address your concerns so let’s connect when you land. We’ll contact our in-flight crew too.’
It’s not known where Dua and Rina, 17, a rising Instagram star, were traveling to and from.
the statement added: ‘On Ms. Lipa’s flight, United did not serve pre-packaged peanuts, as we don’t serve that item on any of our flights. While we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment, we work to address allergy concerns onboard.’
On its website, United Airlines clearly states that it ‘does not serve pre-packaged peanuts on our flights.’
The airline adds: ‘However, we prepare and serve meals and snacks utilizing a variety of other ingredients including major food allergens. If you have concerns about a severe food allergy, please notify a flight attendant on board the aircraft. In some cases, we may be able to pᴀss along your request to other customers seated nearby to refrain from opening and eating any allergen-containing products they may have brought on board.’
United stresses it does ‘not offer allergen-free buffer zones on our aircraft. Since we cannot guarantee allergen-free flights, we encourage customers to review any health concerns with their physicians prior to flying.’
However, in a tweet conversation with her followers, Dua stated that the flight attendant had not informed other pᴀssengers of Rina’s allergy.
‘They just said well we wont serve you two nuts but thats all we can do! LOL,’ she tweeted.
