And on Monday afternoon, Dwayne Johnson put his impressively chiseled arms on full display as he made his way out of a gym in Los Angeles.

The 49-year-old performer appeared to be making the most of the pleasant summertime weather as he sported a very dressed-down ensemble while entering a private vehicle.

Johnson was dressed in a graphic-printed tank top that fully exposed his sculpted upper arms during the gym visit.

He also wore a pair of tight-fitting athletic shorts that showed off his toned legs during the body-toning session.

The former professional wrestler added a bit of color to his clothing ensemble with a pair of predominantly red Under Armour shoes.

The social media powerhouse also carried a sizable blue bag with him and accessorized with a stylish pair of aviator-style sunglasses.

Earlier in the day, Johnson shared a video to his Instagram account to express his thanks to fans who recently saw his new feature, Jungle Cruise.

The Disney feature is based on the theme park attraction of the same name and was made available to the public last month. 

The film was centered around a riverboat captain who takes a scientist and her brother up a waterway in search of a mythical tree. 

Also appearing in the fantasy-adventure flick are performers such as Emily Blunt, Jack Whitehall and Paul Giamatti, among others.

In the video, Johnson expressed his gratitude for the support of many moviegoers, as he remarked: ‘thank you guys so, so much. We had a fantastic weekend of business at the box office.

The Get Smart actor also pointed out that the wide turnout was ‘a reflection of families around the world loving Jungle Cruise.’

The performer also wrote a message in the post’s caption where he pointed out that many viewers had taken to the Disney+ streaming service to see the movie more than once.

He specifically noted that ‘families are also watching JUNGLE CRUISE at home on Disney Premiere Access for a premium$ cost, but they’re watching our movie MULTIPLE TIMES.’

Johnson then commented that the decision to release the feature both in theaters and on the streaming service was a good business move, as it made the flick available to many more viewers than normal. 

He expressed that the feature’s success on Disney+ ‘indicates not only a smart strategy during these harsh Covid times, but more importantly – it indicates millions of HAPPY FAMILIES enjoying the adventure of a lifetime.’ 

Earlier this week, the former professional wrestler weighed in on the debate about personal hygiene after several other entertainment industry figures admitted that they were not in favor of regular bathing.

Johnson elaborated on his cleaning routine in a tweet, where he detailed his daily schedule of rinses.

The performer also noted that he liked to ‘sing (off key) in the shower.’

Johnson responded to some critics of his habits later on. 

‘This is…weirder than not showering?’ a tweet reacting to his routine read.

‘Nothing weird about this, my friend,’ Dwayne wrote back.

‘I workout twice a day and then I go to work for 12+ hours. I shower 3xs. Easy to understand.’
